His Grace the Archbishop of Poznan Stanislaus Gadecki (2012 Central Corpus Christi Procession). We went to publicly confess our faith starting from the Corpus Christi Church to the cathedral city. To cherish the old tradition young ladies and unmarried women dressed in a festive outfit (c19th century costumes) with characteristic head covering (‘kornet’) walked in central procession. Ethnographic communities from Bamberg (Franconia) have inhabited on the outskirts of Poznan since 1719.
