Be Very Careful...
Your photo of wide streets w/ bike lanes, empty lots & lots of single story structures along a bus route is just the kind of thing to get the "juices" flowing in the City's Planning Department..

From your great photo we can all see San Diego like it used to be.
A word to the wise this is limit Growth and all BIG BIZ.
So please organize now to oppose all new Density, Demand only new sidewalks, streetlights and even a tree!
Enjoy everything just as it is now, before all the Developers say WOW!
I would suggest you all just lay low, and watch your property values grow!
