Councilwoman Mayda Winter's driveway. Although a new city
ordinance allowing chickens at residential property was passed recently
by the City Council, only 5 chickens are allowed per family unit.
Apparently Councilwoman Winter is immune from this ordinance as well as
the one limiting cats. Winter claims to have 9 cats!
