Public Art at Seacoast & Imperial Beach Blvd cost $75,000. The origninal spells out the letters "A-R-T" if you look at just the right angle. Is the public so stupid that they would need art to spell out art so that they would know what it was supposed to be? Mike and Sally Bixler's involvement with public money and public art is spoofed in this photoshopped verson.
