Receptionists are absolutely terrible. The masseuse was great (Peter) but this place has serious problems with their receptionists. Called to cancel an appt (that I had a gift card for) and they told me there was a $20 fee. So I rescheduled. After the massage, they told me since I never showed up to the first massage, my gift card was void. Basically, they told me flat out I must have been lying about the $20 fee because their receptionists were 'trained' about the policy and would never say that. Oh yeah, and I had said when I booked the appt that I wanted a female masseuse. Guess what gender Peter is? Idiots.
