Yes... The CBD for Downtown is they need to Build a parking lot which would cost $30,000 per spot and the City does not have the $$... Yes the Engineer report is created by a City Employee... his/her work is reimbursed by the MAD or PBID... and the report normally Asks for more Maintenance to be done, every single year.... In essence it changes the Original MAD or PBID agreement from the baseline Year 1.... All that at the expense of the Businesses/Reisdents through in Increased Contributions which is allowed at 5% per year.— April 28, 2012 10:37 a.m.
