Greenhouse gas plan inadequate

Attorney General Intervenes in SANDAG Regional Transit Plan Lawsuit
Happy to see the Attorney General taking a proactive role in this case. The SANDAG plan completely fails to meet California's climate change laws and they need to be called on it. I hope this lawsuit makes them take notice and come up with a better plan.— January 23, 2012 7:11 p.m.
