Biography

Having coped with serious health issues with the boost of practicing Laughter Yoga, I am now committed to spreading awareness of the worldwide mind/body activity and the physical, social and emotional benefits that can come from participation. I am now president of the Board of Directors of Laughter Matters, a nonprofit organization. Our goals are to educate people in the general and healthcare publics as we train leaders and find new facilities for hosting Laughter Yoga sessions.
