Aargh. Just realized I missed *Comedy of Errors* at Spencer Valley School. This tiny elementary school has novelist and playwright Don Winslow as neighbor and he directs the gradeschoolers in a Shakespeare play in the spring. Sign in front of school said the play was March 26 and 27. http://sandiegoreader.com/users/photos/2013/mar/2… http://sandiegoreader.com/users/photos/2013/mar/2…— March 28, 2013 6:34 p.m.

Is there a gas cartel in Ramona? Noticed on Wednesday that these gas stations along Main St. all had same price ($3.97) - Star, Valero, Stage Stop, Circle K (usually the cheapest credit card price), even Arco. Arco's price is for cash only; the others are credit card prices. Did these guys get together and agree on $3.97? Daniel's Market was $4.00, and the Chevron was 20 cents or so more than the others -as always.— March 22, 2013 3:21 p.m.
The Reader is premiering a new issue size this week! What do you think of it?
Dear JHutt, Please tell us where the Reader was missing last Wed. evening. Would like to look into that.— December 16, 2008 3:26 p.m.
Why Did the Chicken Cross the Road? To get to I.B.!
We kept chickens for about three years in Coronado, and the policewoman who finally cracked down on us said they normally don't enforce anti-chicken code unless there is complaint. We had all kinds of hens-- Rhode Island reds, white leghorns, araucanas-- but it was some loud australorp cluckers that got the neighbors to call cops.— June 24, 2008 4:31 p.m.
