Broken Yolk
As good as you can expect from a bar & grill. We had seen Brick Alley had opened recently and though we would try it. Before going, we saw the previous review, which almost convinced us not to go, but we decided to try it for ourselves anyways. "Disappointing" is not the way to describe this place. The ambiance is very cute and the service was nice. I can't vouch for the meals the previous reviewer got, but we each got burgers (blue bacon burger and pastrami burger) and they were both very well done. The garlic fries are also better than the average garlic fries. Based on the vast discrepancy between our experience and the experience of the previous reviewer, it might be safe to say that Brick Alley is good at being a bar & grill, and really that's what you should expect from a bar & grill.— May 16, 2009 5:36 p.m.
