Of Soil And Blood
I enjoyed reading the article. It has a lot of meaning. Reading your article it reminded me of growing up on both sides of the border. Kudos.— July 22, 2010 2:17 p.m.
Vigilante Minutemen patrol border near Campo
These minutemen are no better than the mules coming accross with drugs from Mexico. These are just a bunch of racist vigilantes.— March 30, 2010 11:03 a.m.
I found petroglyphs of Cabrillo's San Salvador east of Jacumba
First part of the story is interesting, then it starts getting dull. I finished reading it and I seriously thought i would get to see the pictures that were taken... NONE - The more I thought about it I think the story was made up. No one in their right mind goes into a hole (cause he crawled into the rocks on his stomach). The first thing i thought was that it would be filled w/snakes. Come on.— June 5, 2009 12:53 p.m.
Life in Tijuana under drug cartel violence
Is okay to talk from the sidelines. Until one of your relatives is kidnapped, ransom money is paid then the dead body is found the next day. Tijuana, Rosarito, Ensenada I mention these because these are tourist attractions. Any one can be a victim at any time of the day or night in Mexico, whether your mexican or caucasian a stray bullet knows no colors. So play it safe why even bother going down there. By the way I thought the article is correct.— April 2, 2009 1:41 p.m.
