Richard Walker's Pancake House
Richard Walker’s Pancake House. Let’s keep this short and sweet. Go there with four friends, who are close friends who you are not concerned with the cootie factor. Order the following dishes: Swedish Pancakes. Cherry Kijama Crepes. Santa Fe Omelette. Potato Pancakes. Have your own personal breakfast buffet. A baked omelette filled with peppers and onions, fresh crepes stuffed with kijama cherries (careful, they will squirt juicy goodness), cooked to order potatoes with hints of sour cream and nutmeg, and thin Swedish pancakes with real lingenberries and lingenberry sauce. Doesn’t sound like much food, but you have accomplished something if you finished the cycle. This is where you want to be if you are looking for the Superbowl of Breakfasts…quit wasting your time elsewhere.— November 19, 2008 10:25 p.m.
