Well, I happen to know the other person involved in this incident and Mr Vega is lying. He and some of his friends attacked the other person. It was an act of self defense. Ask Mr Vega why he wouldnt submit to a lie detector test. And the crowd didnt prevent the car from leaving they sided WITH the people in the car.
