City Issues Partial Refunds To Residents in Greater Golden Hill

In 2004, I started building an apartment on C street between23rd and 22nd streets. The city made me put grass between the sidewalk and the curb. Also, they made me put palm trees in the same area. Now these require water. The water department sited me for wasting water and contaminating the ocean. Do they not know that fish and sea animals urinate and defecate in the ocean. The water I used you could drink. Then they sited me for wasting water. Do they not know that grass and palm trees require water. I am a retired physician. A synapse is a connection between two nerve cells. If they had one more nerve cell in their brains, they would have a synapse, and then they might just be able to think Then 22nd street is very dark. There are no street lights. The streets are also very dark. I put lights on my building to shine on the sidewalks. I furnish the electricity and I have a timer to turn them on and off. This does not benefit my buildiing; they are on the outside of my building. I did not kow about the GGHMAD. I just thought that my taxes went up. Politicians like to raise taxes. (many times, just for the hell of it.) That might have been something the GGHMAD could have done; put some street lights no 22nd street. I like to site Ball California, a small city. The city manager was paid over $200,000.00 a year. He was not satisfied with that, so he stole money from the city. I understand he did prison time. I am a retired orthopedist. I was up many a night fixing broken bones. I never made amything near $200,000.00 a year. I know I should have been a politician..

Marco Li Mandri wants to get around Prop 13

I have said over and over, do not let the government do things for you. Do it privately. It is cheaper and if you do not like the work, you can fire them easily. The GG MAD found that out the hard way. I am a good business man and family wealthy. Remember the city manager of Ball California got a salary of $800,000.00 plus benefits and pension and whatever he could steal. He was too greedy and got caught stealing. My son, who is a doctor told me of the director of a hospital north of San Diego whose salary is over $1,000,000.00 a year plus benefits and pension. I know what they do, they sit on their butt in an office and sign papers mostly. We cannot continue to print paper money. The Weimar Republic of Germany tried it and went broke and was over thrown. We are one step behind Greece and Europe. George Meany head of the AF of L CIO in the early1900s and FDR, a very liberal Democrat president said that government workers should not be allowed to unionize with collective bargaining rights. Well they did and all of the city, county, state and the Federal governments are bankrupt. We are one step behind Greece and all of Europe. I am a eight year graduate of a tough Catholic Jesuit University. I am not a Catholic. Those Jesuits are tough. I am a physician . I quit medicine on my 58th birthday. I could do better in business and not be called out at night. We are headed for a depression worse than the one in the 1930s Believe it.
