The Coyote Bar & Grill

We were at the Coyote Bar and Grill on a quest for Mexican food for our friend from Lousiana. Unfortunately, we had a view of the karaoke show outside with a rousing rendition of "Baby Got Back" going on. If you like a little funk with your food it may be your vibe. The service was lackluster since most of them were at a table in the back yacking it up about the weekend parties. I had the steak quesadilla which was good but my husband was a little ill from his chicken burrito. Our friend from Lousiana had the fajitas but he said they didn't even come close to the food back home in Baton Rouge. If you are looking for a party on a Tuesday night in Carlsbad its an option.
