Escondido Country Club petition passes unanimously
Assuming ECCHO's case is a loser is quite an assumption, Bob. The formal documentation may be suspect but there is a good likelihood that they will succeed. You make a good point about the residents not participating, but as a private entity that was around for 50 years, complacency certainly was there.
