Need More Cops
The owner of this property needs to get this parking lot under control. This is another example of a property owner probably renting for top dollar and not protecting the tenants. There are over-sized vehicles living in it! I wonder what would happen if there were less shoppers at these stores. After all, there are other places to shop.— April 25, 2010 3:08 p.m.
Get Money This Way, City
PB92109 - Unfortunately you have missed the big point. Isn't it you that always want the all too many laws to be enforced? Which way do you want it? I have seen dog fights all to many times on the beach. I have witnessed dogs off the leash that are a threat to people. People don't clean up after their dogs. There is a growing number of dogs in PB - and I don't mean just humans. It is nice that you are speaking for SDPD and lifeguards. Why not speak for Park & Rec? These are all people who do their job, not weigh in on their opinions. There are a lot of laws that I would love to see enforced more. Too bad the larger violations have to take top priority, with the lack of City funds. When you live in a place with high crime, I guess a dog pooping isn't a big deal when home and auto break-ins or DUIs take all the officers out of service.— April 25, 2010 3:03 p.m.
Wake Up, Speak Up
Wow! It is a sad day when all of this wasted energy is used for nothing. Why don't some of you moaning about things get involved? But then you would not have the excuse of not knowing about it. If you live in PB you have known about it, or you live under a rock. And, for all of you who say you care about the community and like drunken binges and pukes in your neighborhood, how about growing up? If there was rational thinking here, laws are made because people don't behave. SDPD are hired to protect and serve. Not to voice an opinion about what they think or see. If they were outspoken on an issue one way or another someone would be calling for their job.— April 25, 2010 2:42 p.m.
Claim Jumper
Story sounds like spin to me. Don't think it is a good idea to take a bribe, Reader Writer.— April 25, 2010 2:10 p.m.
The Shore Club's Deck
PB has become the modern day Tijuana. Too bad PBTC doesn't care about the residents.— April 25, 2010 2:02 p.m.
