Opera Singing Chef - Soup Class
Schedule of Chef Elizabeth's Soup... Always amazing and full of robust flavors **March 6th – Red Pepper Bisque** – a great first course full flavored as roasted red peppers are used as well as fresh herbs, in a chicken stock. Great texture as is the case with most bisque. YUM! **March 13th – Posole** A South West Soup, made using pork tenderloin, onions garlic, chicken stock, hominy and served with fresh radishes, green onions, cilantro, and avocado. A family favorite and healthy too. **March 20th – Tortilla Soup** – Chef E. will share her recipe for Salsa roasted Turkey, then the leftovers will be used to make the stock for this wonderful full flavored soup. **March 27th – Victory Garden Vegetable Soup with Pistou**. This soup can stand alone as being good, but with the addition of the pistou, it be come an explosion of flavor and freshness. Every Wed, 10am. Each class is $10/Members, $15/Non-Members— March 8, 2013 11:18 a.m.
