I struggle with obsessive behavior with these same types of things and I've learned I just need to turn it off and the more I do that, the easier it gets. I make it a point to read one book a week and to read for several hours at a stretch once a week (of course, my kids are older). I am privileged to know Deb through social media and "in real life" and I assure you Deb, that I don't forget about you even when I haven't visited your blog or read your tweets in a few days!
