Ocean Beach Apartment Fire Victim Speaks Out on Arrest
This is a clear case of Larissa being "F'd" by the system....and the officer that arrested her...well he's just simply a punk, and CPS is the ones causing harm to the child. They took the child due to marijuana being found in the home. So what...the police didnt charge her for posession because she was within the STATE guidlines with he Rx license. But its still ok for CPS to step in and take the child? What about people that have prescriptions for things like Oxycontin, hydrocodone, xanax and all those other drugs? You know, the shit that would actually kill a child if they got ahold of it. I dont see CPS stepping in and taking their children away. This woman has suffered the loss of her home, expensive equipment for her business, her child and stripped of her dignity. I dont know about you but I was taught that anything that takes away from the rights or dignity of others is a crime. I feel CPS and the San Diego P.D. are in the wrong and they should be held acountable.— November 9, 2011 6:01 a.m.
