I Think I'm Losing
This was beautifully written. Recently, a conversation about death and existential philosophy came up in my life last week and someone commented that our society rarely contemplates or discusses thoughts on the meaning of death. There are news reports on death, but that is quite different. It's refreshing to read something that deeply, philosophically, and thoughtfully goes into the subject of death.— March 27, 2011 10:08 p.m.
Dad works in Hollywood – I was a Ninja Turtles baby
This was an enjoyable story to read and I agree with Mindy about Hayley's enthusiasm being exhilarating.— March 27, 2011 9:55 p.m.
Stupid Chick's Lucky
There are some intelligent and aware bicyclists out there on the roads. This was clearly not one of them. I wish that all bicyclists would try to protect their own lives and not act ignorantly with disregard to the law. Recently, an idiot bicyclist ran into the truck of an acquaintance and she decided to sue the driver of the truck, despite that she was riding at night while wearing dark clothing and without a bike light or helmet. The same thing happened years ago to a friend and I was thankful that she didn't get away with it. She was caught for lying to the court about fake injuries and hopefully she learned from her experience and became a better bicyclist. I also hope that these bicyclists didn't hit the vehicles on purpose in order to try to make money from a lawsuit.— February 23, 2011 1:21 p.m.
