In the latest piece of data we find
that listed inventory is now at levels
last seen in January of 2001. That is
right, today we have the same number
of homes listed for sale that we did 12
years ago. This continues to be the
biggest underreported story in the
housing market. A large part of this
has to do with the external forces
interacting with housing. One has
to do with banks holding on selectively
to distressed properties while another
is the dragging out of the foreclosure
process. Next, you still have roughly 10
million Americans that are underwater
on their mortgages. Think of that
when you realize that only about 1.8
million homes are listed for sale.

New narco-tunnel discovered in Mexicali
I've proposed a partial legalization of marijuana, under a public health umbrella, to, among other things, undercut crime. http://evernewecon.weebly.com/#legalbytoll I've proposed, not meaning to imply there's no need for a border, a migrant worker rationalization program: http://evernewecon.weebly.com/#amigos As to the hypocrisy vis-a-vis the citizenship twilight in Samoa and the accelerated citizenship in Hawaii where that was preferred by very rich people controlling policy. http://evernewecon.weebly.com/#hypocrisyville SDR Mod's: Each is precisely on point and original, so I hope you don't mind the links today. (The site's "market progressive" (does not overlook the monopoly in the house,) prioritizes health, economically (is public health/medical care economics oriented) and obviously San Diego based.)— January 6, 2013 9:26 a.m.
Planning Commissioners To Vote On Plaza de Panama Project
I've proposed a 3d plan incorporating: removing pavement and adding access and green space by way of car deletion combining adding access and restoring green space with engaging marginalized people, tying community elements together while simultaneously, incrementally, and in a need-matched fashion, marrying IT with new transit options, benefiting a wider area. http://evernewecon.weebly.com/#threadingtheneedle… http://evernewecon.weebly.com/#havingitall As I will not be attending the Planning Commission meeting (I have to make a living when I'm not doing this,) I offer these ideas for the purpose of your seeing the potential advisability of deliberating further as to new options and compromises.
