If I'm not mistaken, the idea of educating foreign workers in American universities and colleges was to allow those new graduates returning to their country with the skills and and knowledge needed to assist in improving the standard of living in their own countries?

Some Opinions About Smoke Break Rules

I suffer from asthma, allergic to everthing. Cigarette smoke outdoors is not even close to irritatng me as exposure anywhere near where grass is getting cut or just been freshly cut. Everybody somewhere just has to cut the damned grass!

San Diego Gains Jobs, but Unemployment Rate Still above 10%

One factor for the continuing bad unemployment percentage can be attributed to an old yet still current practice known as mismanagement. Times are tough? File for bankruptcy and move the company "off shore," lay off everyone but the executives, and then blessings from the political estblishment to spin the PR deception so everyone will wonder at just how underrated the real talent is. Miss Management is a cruel mistress indeed.
