We can win this battle if we all start a harassment campaign against Lawmakers, senior officials who are supposed to defend this country. The country is drowning in red ink and illegal immigration has roots in this growing problem. As a nations people we should stand with our fellow workers and demand mandatory E-Verify. This will make businesses accountable for using cheap labor and lowering wages, in the name of filling their pockets with your cash, while the U.S. taxpayer are forced to cover the cost of health care, education and the bloated prison system through the courts unfunded mandates. In the fighting border state of Arizona where illegal immigration was one of the major voter concerns, the presidential candidates who “drove” the E-Verify issue benefited easily. After last week’s debate, Mitt Romney kept up the momentum and won the prize. Other than Ron Paul, the three have been supporting the national mandatory E-Verify (H.R.2885) through the campaign. But Romney, former Massachusetts Governor in last week's significant debate made sure the voters knew his statement by emphasizing the strong aspect of the “Legal Workforce Bill” standpoint. Currently with people worried about their jobs, it’s not at all astonishing; that exit polling established that Arizona voters were mainly troubled in regards to illegal immigration that had been strongly introduced by Romney, who they recognized as "the mandatory E-Verify candidate." The poll results should caused every candidate of every party for every office, whether Governor, Mayor or further elected official to consider being the "E-Verify candidate" in their race. The gap is so wide between people who came here through approved channels legally, and the illegal aliens for the purpose of taking jobs from low income Americans--intentionally or not, and will be in my book and the majority of the American population--ILLEGAL ALIENS? Then the term is lawfully enhanced and better known as a fugitive from justice, as when they entered this sovereign nation they lost all their rights as being from another country. Whether that individual or family is a border jumper, is in name a illegal migrant. There is a slight difference between the two--a migrant enters the sovereignty of America through the poorly enforced border region and tramples our laws. The students, tourist etc, who ignore his/her expired visa and intentionally fails to leave as required--is an illegal immigrant. But both are in violation of the law, and have to commit a second offense by procuring a citizens or legal residents ID to work. This alters the original violation from a misdemeanor to a felony. Although under the current Justice Department ruling if they have not committed a felony crime, the new discretionary order from the desk of President Obama, releases them back on the streets. So the DOJ is in fact aiding and abetting a foreign national that is deemed a federal offense by Congress, and undermines their own policies, which is ridiculous. I wonder what ever happened to the “rule of Law” of which the Obama’s court has now turned a myopic eye to, with the judiciary procedure of the 1986 Immigration Control and Reform Act completely dropped. Our country has been so crippled by the interests of thousands of special interest lobbyists, given favors to the policymakers; that they even resent the American people reaction to the corruption spawned in Washington. We have seen it first hand from the ‘insider trading’ by both parties, to name just one secret advantage that the Securities Exchange Commission would throw the common man in prison. There is a paralysis currently in Congress, from trying to shrink the 15 Trillion dollar federal deficit, with over a hundred billion dollars going in support of the illegal invaders. The DOJ is also trying to stop the passage of policing laws in the other 45 states through suing them in the courts. Yet five states mainly on the East coast have enacted passage of their own laws, to survive the hordes of economic illegal aliens feeding from the public assistance of a excess of welfare benefits. Just in the past few months the State of Alabama although hammered by the open border activists, the DOJ have factual evidence that their policing laws are working. Hopefully the Iowa straw-poll places Rep. Michele Bachmann, the TEA PARTY chairman remains a strong presidential contender. With her strong Moderate Conservative convictions, she has refused to become part of the "old boys club" in either party. In fact the lady didn't vote in lifting the debt ceiling by another $2.5 Trillion dollars. 2012 will be a “Make or break” year for America in doing the same thing and repeating the same mistakes. Bachmann backbone will not bend to the greed in Washington, and will not be intimidated by corporate lobbyists or the establishment. It wasn’t President Obama or the Majority of Democrats, which caused the massive problem that this country, must now face. But Sen. Harry Reid, who cut off any chance of debate in the discretionary spending when the Senate voted to “table,” a House Republican proposal to “not give the time of day” to “Cut, Cap and Balance”. The small country of Denmark hit pay dirt, by enforcing harsh immigration laws and was able save its citizens $10 billion dollars over a decade. Denmark is hardly larger than the state of Ohio in size with all its islands, but its tough immigration laws has reduced the financial pressure on its people. So why it is with the vast resources and manpower this sovereign nation has at its grasp, yet we cannot remove these illegal workers and their large families—or decline. It’s obvious to any far-sighted taxpayer a permanent E-Verify nationwide, have this capacity to evict illegal workers. Voters must moreover stop the Justice Department from rescinding the “Secure communities” law and mandate this innovation across the country. The TEA PARTY in Ames, Iowa and nationwide will change the disturbing route that America is going with overpopulation, crumbling infrastructure, unemployment and unrelenting immigration laws. Any state should not be a scapegoat, for the intentional or unconcerned inability, there failure of the U.S government, to ignore the people's wishes when in comes to cutting of public entitlements to foreign nationals. E-Verify aids in rejecting illegal foreigners stealing jobs in the workplace and Secure Communities determines by fingerprint procedures, alerting ICE to criminals and re-entries after deportations. We can start the repatriation of foreigners using these methods, with sweeping audits by ICE. Businesses should face harsh criminal charges for hiring illegal aliens, with 6 figure fines and time in prison. Congress could simplifying the whole mess inherited over thirty years, to enact illegal entry as a--FELONY--and use Alabama's example that those without legal standing, within its State borders should also be convicted of a felony. American can no longer be passive on this out-of-control issue, as illegal immigration is causing near bankruptcy amongst the states. Then (FAIR) Federation of American Immigration reform says the federal government expenditure (not States) is $113 billion dollars a year on health care. We must cut off all these public benefits, so the economic foreigners return home. In Ellis Island days there were no public services, just the charity of churches and other organizations. Unlike today, that these illegal aliens are already knowledgeable of all the welfare State, the free health care, education for their children.
