Grilled Oysters

  • 4 oysters
  • 4 pieces sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tsp peanut oil
  • 1 green onion, sliced thin on a bias
  • lemon
  • 2 ozs wasabi or soy sauce


Grill only until the shell opens. Remove top shell and place a piece of shiitake mushroom and green onions on oysters. Squeeze lemon, serve w/ wasabi if desired
