Unbelieveable Peanut Butter Cookies...No Flour!

This is a wonderful cookie and you will not believe there is no flour once you taste it! They are addictive, don't say I didn't warn you!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

Mix all ingredients well. Form into one inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten with fork and bake at 325 degrees for approx 10-12 minutes!

That's it! Quick and easy!
