You know what I think is a big waste of time is how every time a leader gets in trouble the entire staff has to get "training". Filner mentioned that today - his staff has to undergo harrassment training. Why? Did anyone on the staff do anything wrong except Filner? Why should staff members who didn't do anything wrong waste their time with training that they don't need? It's like when an executive does something grossly unethical and an entire company has to undergo ethics training.
