Few matters are more serious than this. As you expressed in your story this organization has since implemented protection policies that for years now are an example of how these horrifically tragic acts can be prevented and reported correctly.
It is also good that these files were released if for no other reason than to make other organizations aware of the great policy's the Boy Scouts have developed and implemented to hopefully prevent these atrocities from ever happening again. I applaud the Boy Scouts for being proactive in their development of these policies to protect our children. And if anything does happen to fully to notify and fully cooperate with the authorities to prosecute anyone who would dare to steal a child's innocence. Great Article Mr. Harrison. Scouting is great for kids!
