Ordered a signature Spanish dish, paella, at this La Valencia restaurant, but was not impressed with the delivered item. Mostly rice, which was neither saffron colored or flavored. Expected seafood items were scant. A couple tiny slices of sausage, one scallop, a handful of mussels, and a langastino lobster on top that looked like a big mosquito. Not a value at $32. The others in our group downed their burgers, lamb chops, and salmon filet, along with two bottles of Napa Merlot from a very complete wine list. An ice cream dessert was plentiful, but again the paella was a poor reflection on a real Valencia legend.
