Exhibits

Modern Simplicity is solo exhibition reflecting Kathleen Probst's path toward minimalism. Her work is influenced by mid-century modern design and the art and architecture of the Bauhaus era. Using her hand-dyed fabric, a camera, and a computer, Probst balances clean lines and simplicity with design elements of strong color that define her shapes. Large expanses of open space provide a stage for subtle quilting letting her bold graphic designs inform the work. The exhibition runs through April 3.
