“Best kept secret in town,” says John.

He and his buddy Derek are munching pizza and slurping Stone at an elevated wooden deck with a pitcher of beer and slices of pizza looking out towards the harbor.

It’s sunset. Colors are spectacular. Little wall fountain gurgles away happily. Oh man. Chill time.

This is all happening behind the chocolate building with the great mural of the fishing boat “Amerigo” on the side wall, by Grant Pecoff. You must have seen it. Pecoff’s studio is upstairs.

Downstairs is Landini’s Pizzeria, all red with the Italian flag behind the name.

“Just the best pizza in town,” says John. “It’s like Bronx Pizza without the attitude.”
