You come in to this hole in the wall and hope for affordable "good food" and get nasty putrid oyster shooters you can smell them before they get to your cramped table. The vibe is a bunch a weirdos in the hive. I tried their seaweed sushi roll and was flabbergasted by how disgusting it was. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I love this place, I go here all of the time, you walk down steps into it, it reminds you of New York, the Sushi is fantastic, and reasaonably priced, the head Sushi chef is very knowledgable and creative, he only gets the best fish. They have great specials on the board every day. They have a fantastic seafood salad. They also have hot food, like terriaki chicken or beef, they even have sushi sliders with garlic fries on the side, yum, and there is a full bar with fantastic happy hour prices, there's also a juke box. The happy hour is great, and it is Happy Hour all day on Sunday. This sushi bar has a upbeat , fun vibe. They have a DJ a few nights a week, and a large projection screen showing movies or underwater scenes. I went to a party here and it was fantastic, you can rent the room for a private party. They have a great menu with a large selection. This has become a nice little locals spot, it is right by city college, so if you like sushi and a good value, fun atmosphere, this is the place to go.
