Store front at Bates Bros Nut Farm. If you enjoy driving in the country, head out to Bates Nut Farm in Valley Center. You can bring your lunch to enjoy on the large tree-covered picnic area, you can convene with the many farm animals that live on the farm, or shop for nuts, dried fruit and gifts in the big store.
