Will civic San Diego help truly needy?

This old fashioned burger joint called Mad Madeline's Grill is located at 28495 Old Town Front Street in Temecula. They have really good burgers, fries, onion rings and malts. Most of the seating is outdoors so you can do a little bit of people watching while you munch your lunch.
