King Premislaus II and His Wife Princess Ryksa of Sweden in Cathedral Royal Chapel in Poznan. Their daughter Ryksa Elisabeth married King Wenceslaus II of Bohemia in 1300 and later King Rudolph I of Bohemia in 1306. Premislaus II, the king from the Piast dynasty was murdered in Rogozno in February 1296, after seven months of his rule. Prince of Greater Poland and Pomerania, the heir to Krakow, put the crown on June 26, 1295 in Gniezno after 200 years of interregnum and the Polish kingdom survived for the next 500 years.
