New desert power plant could ease stress of continued San Onofre shutdown

This is the Yokahama Friendship bell on Shelter Island. Created by Masahiko Katori, the bell was presented to the city of San Diego by the Japanese city of Yokahama in 1958 to celebrate the joining of our two cities as sister cities.
