San Diego, CA. Boy Scouts place flags on headstones at Ft. Rosecrans Cemetery in preparation for the Memorial Day holiday. Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and volunteers placed flags on more than 67,000 headstones Saturday from 7:45 to 9:30.
