Southbound lanes at Otay Mesa border crossing to partially close during overnight hours

I took this at a little coffee shop on our day tour to Mt. Tambourine. The deck over looked miles and miles of green hills, and the people sipping their morning tea and coffee made this particular shot priceless to me.
