Mission Valley: Remember when Fashion Valley flooded a few years back? I was going through an old cell phone and found this in the pictures....pretty cool. The trolley says No Water To Waste but in my pic it only captured Water to Waste....that happened to be up to the stop sign!!!! Thought I would submit it.
