My neighbors dump, 13 cars that don't run, 30'tall by 40'wide trash pile, Tijuana style wall running around the parimeter, 60'x 60' pile of pallets that he plans on building his house with, over 100 pallets of hardened concrete bags, fertilizer, paint, junk scattered around the property. Best thing, the county will do nothing to stop him!
