Food trucks cause concern near San Marcos elementary school

D.O.A. KRAGEN AUTO SUPPLY When Kragen moved to a new location across Palm Avenue, City Code Enforcement would not allow customers to use the front door. Kragen didn't know that when they signed their lease and had to change the entire floor plan of the new store to comply. Customer unfriendly locked front door put them out of business. Business unfriendly city destroys another local business.
