The airport plans they don't want you to see! This rendering shows Ream Field aka OLF with an overlay of the San Diego Airport. Airport operations could easily be relocated to the Estuary portion of the polluted Tijuana River. This would provide an opportunity to cap polluted lands to limit future exposure to the public while re-directing grant money for the Estuary to serve the public good.
