New lofts surround a historic house on India St.

This house was actually located on the block that the new lofts, The Q, were built upon. Actually on the opposite corner, this house is half of the house that used to be there. It used to be dilapidated, occupied by a very noisy drummer! The "new shop" is a great addition to the neighborhood! L.Breeze in Little Italy.
