Trestles v. Toll Road: The Orange County Transportation Corridor Agency is bringing the toll road through San Onofre back to the San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board for a permit on June 19th, Wednesday, at 1 pm. This time, they're planning to pave it in segments. Come and speak your mind at the meeting, at 9174 Sky Park Court, off Ruffin Road in Kearny Mesa.
