Max Impact Fitness Center

2221 South El Camino Real, Oceanside

Max Impact Fitness Center offers up to 14 group fitness classes per week, Monday - Saturday.

Classes types include:

Regiment Training: This class uses a combination of kettle bells, plyometrics, battle ropes, sledgehammers, giant tires and dumb bells, and straight bars to give you a full body workout.

Power Strikes: A combination of boxing and kickboxing, footwork drills, combinations, defense and movement, and striking on the heavy bag. The instructor will also hold focus mitts for boxing combos and Thai pads for the kickboxing combos.

Fitness Bootcamp: These bootcamps are designed for everyone! Each week they incorporate a variety of different workouts to keep things fresh, exciting and new! Boot camps are held on Wednesdays and Fridays at the Oceanside Pier and at Max Impact on Saturdays.
