City sued for halting construction on mixed-use project near SDSU

On Thursday morning, August 23, Parke Ewing, a resident of Ocotillo, took this photo of the erection of the first of 112 towers for the Ocotillo Wind Energy Facility Project.
Heavy equipment, such as a Bigge crane, is now on the project site to complete the construction of the now half-completed structures.
Legal efforts by Ocotillo residents and Native American groups have so far been unable to restrain the project.

Everyone's afraid to comment now, because rather than being "Parke'd (of help in submitting). Their mindsets are rather parked: aka in isolation. Isolation from their usual "READER" community.

I guess the answer my friends, is blowing in the wind....the answer is blowing in the wind. (Robert Zimmerman)
