A recent view of the construction of an on-ramp to Carretera Federal 1D (or the Tijuana-Ensenada toll road) in Tijuana’s Zona Norte area. The toll road doesn't start for several miles away from Zona Norte. This is the road that leads to it, but is not the toll road.
