On May 5 at 6 p.m., traffic was blocked on Midway Drive when a truck carrying the front end of a large airplane fuselage turned south from Rosecrans and entered a government facility across the street from the Midway post office.

I think the streets are a bit off... The Midway post office is at least a block away from the Rosecrans/Midway intersection... There's a strip mall on that intersection and then the p/office.
