I CHALLENGE you to print a valid 41-move solution conforming to the conditions of the "Lots of Luck" puzzle. You have not yet done so. If you can print one I will stop posting comments and I will apologize.
As Puzzle “Master” you have an obligation to provide correct solutions. You also have an obligation to read the puzzle before you attempt to post your solution. For example on Sept. 16 comment 5 you said “The reason 41 is right is because the question was simply how many moves would it take to get the black car to the point to be extracted and able to be driven from the lot. Puzzle Master says that the 41st move put the black car in to a position to be extracted from the lot. “ While in truth the instructions say: “How many moves will be required to extricate the car AND DRIVE IT FROM THE LOT?” This means no longer on the lot. Please consider the obvious.
“And” is a conjunction, which means both parts must be true!
1) Extricate the car (takes 40 moves).
2) Drive the car off the lot (2 more moves).
On Sept. 16 comment 2 you said “41) BLACK CAR RIGHT AND OUT" Since “all moves are of the car length variety,” that makes 2 more moves. Think about it, please.
Tell me why I’m wrong, don’t quit; let us get to the truth. Let us get it right!!!!
