A car crash on West Point Loma Boulevard February 15 resulted in a car upside down but no one hurt. Joggers and dog-walkers stopped to gawk at about 9:00 a.m. Police blocked passage on the busy street while a tow truck worked to right the automobile. Eyewitnesses were being interviewed, and surrounding streets out of Ocean Beach began to clog up. A witness said they saw a white Bronco speeding away from the scene of the accident.
